You know, sometimes I just have to laugh.
I often hear a client will say to me, after I give them chiropractic advice from a chiropractor, “Well, I need to ask my real doctor.”
Then they kind of back up a little bit, thinking that they’ve said something wrong.
It’s okay, but I just want to set the record straight.
Chiropractors, just like a medical doctor, are trained to diagnose, evaluate, read lab tests, read your X-rays, MRIs, just like any other doctor.
However, there’s a difference.
We care for our patients differently.
We don’t write prescriptions or perform surgeries.
We’re not looking to cover up your problem.
We understand that your body has all the tools it needs to live a happier and healthier life.
What we do is focus on finding the cause of your pains and working with you and your family to eliminate them, hopefully for good.
We also understand that it’s our duty to help everyone live closer to 100%, where every part of your body is pain-free.
Isn’t that what a real doctor is for?
While I can read lab results, evaluate, diagnose, read X-rays and MRIs, you’ll never find me giving you medical advice.
I’m a chiropractor.
It seems only fair, should you listen to a medical doctor giving you chiropractic advice?
