From a young age, caring for others and staying active have shaped who I am. I played football semi-professionally and competed in karate, earning bronze at the British EKF Championships. Those years taught me that winning matters far less than giving your best, a principle that drives how I practice today.
Growing up alongside a hard working family and caring for my autistic younger brother taught me patience and how to meet people where they are. After my A-levels, I briefly explored finance, but a desk job never felt right. A sports injury then led me to chiropractic care, and that first adjustment changed everything. I felt the difference throughout my entire system, not just my back. That moment set me on a path to becoming a chiropractor.
After graduating from the AECC and working in London, I joined the Top Chiro team in the Netherlands for professional growth and new opportunities.
Outside the practice, I stay active through gym training, football and boxing, and I enjoy writing and travelling. My passion is helping people move better, feel stronger and get back to what they love, whether that is sport, work or everyday life
